Start with the item
Companion adds a Q badge to recognized quest items in supported bag frames. Clicking opens a confirmed quest or offers possible matches. Normal bag use and dragging remain available.
Client special-item and container links are confirmed matches. An objective-name match is only possible. Rough Lizard Hide without a client link gets no invented quest: keep it and check your active log or requirements manually.
A map below the quest title
Details show all objectives, available counts, active/ready/failed status and a map from native client data. Auto frames available points; the wheel and +/− change zoom. Blue marks the player, gold the next available target.
The connecting line and distance indicate a straight direction, not a walking route around cliffs, bridges, floors or obstacles. Missing coordinates are never invented. Only the client's ready state confirms a turn-in; 100% objective progress alone does not.
Continue on the web
After exporting, open the Quests tab in My journey. It shows the same snapshot's state and objectives. /fww route ID opens the addon map detail; /fww quest ID opens the native log. The web does not receive your live position or move your character.
